## What the firm does

- Rent-to-own residential: households rent the home they intend to buy at terms agreed at the outset, and part of every rent payment accrues towards the purchase. The target is creditworthy households that can service a mortgage but cannot assemble a deposit.
- Asset repositioning: mixed-use buildings in European capitals, refurbished and brought to a new use.
- Model: OpCo-PropCo partnerships with specialist operators. In London the rent-to-own operator is Keyzy.
