London– December 2025 – Crayon Partners announces the acquisition of 17 new-build apartments in Southall, London by the fund Crayon Jaune, Europe’s first institutional rent-to-own residential fund.

London– December 2025 – Crayon Partners announces the acquisition of 17 new-build apartments in Southall, London by the fund Crayon Jaune, Europe’s first institutional rent-to-own residential fund. This marks the fund’s first UK transaction and further strengthens its mission to open a new pathway to homeownership for households currently excluded from traditional mortgage financing.

The homes are part of the “The Green Quarter” project by Berkeley Group, located 3 mins away from the Southall tube station on the Elizabeth Line, with rapid access to Central London and Heathrow Airport. This portfolio aligns strongly with first-time buyers target by Crayon Jaune’s investment thesis with the goal to help more London families step on the property ladder:

•2-and 3-bedroom units, with two bathrooms per units (minimum) and balconies

•Good connection to central London via short transit times

•Amenities rightsized to the need of first-time buyers

•Area with continued development and enhancement over the next years by a reputable developer.

Developed by Berkeley Group (FTSE 100), “The Green Quarter” is a major regeneration project turning former industrial land into a sustainable residential district, with resolution to grant over 8,000 new homes, 13 acres of parkland and waterways, and abroad range of amenities for an enjoyable live, work and play environment. This acquisition combines strong fundamentals for a successful Rent-to-Own deployment given a diverse resident base supported by direct Elizabeth Line access to major hubs:professionals across media, tech, finance and education, key-workers but also airport staff (Heathrow in 10 min) and healthcare staff (Ealing Hospital in 15min).
