The subject matters to us because it describes the ground our Crayon Bleu series stands on. A club deal is a single building, a defined timetable and a small group of investors who can see exactly what they own, which is the opposite of a blind pool.

What has changed is the entry point. Tickets that used to start in the millions now start far lower, which widens the base from a handful of families to a professional private clientele.
