London – May 2026 : Crayon Partners announces the financing of a portfolio of Crayon Jaune SCA SICAV-RAIF (the “Fund”) by Metro Bank.

The £12 million facility provides leverage for 41 flats located across London, in the boroughs of Ealing, Hillingdon and Harrow.This new milestone is the start of a new relationship between Metro Bank and Crayon to build a larger residential portfolio across the UK, leveraging new home-ownership models for first-time buyers such as rent-to-own.
