Housing affordability is not only about lower rents. It is also about giving people the chance to build wealth.

After six months, the Crayon Jaune fund can begin to speak to that social impact. Thirty family offices are already on board in a value-add, SFDR Article 8 strategy that is designed to generate financial performance and measurable social impact at the same time, rather than trading one against the other.

This analysis remains an early framework. The indicators and the data points will evolve, and the portfolio is still at its earliest stage. But the signals are already there.
